He began behind the counter at a Fishing shop in Caye Caulker, Belize then went on to guiding Fly Fishing both Independent and for the only fishing lodge in his native town. He has taught the basics of fly fishing and guided anglers all over the Belizean saltwater . He is presently on the Professional Fly Fishing Guide for Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures. Eloy has met thousands of anglers from novice to advanced.
